Single-screw pumps have been widely used in developed countries. Most of them are called single-screw pumps "Mono Pump" "MONOPUMPS", and Germany is called "eccentric rotor pump". Due to its excellent performance, its application range in China has also expanded rapidly in recent years. Its feature is the adaptability to the medium, the flow is stable, the pressure pulsation is small, and the self-priming energy is honest, which is not replaceable by any other pump. At present, the products of our unit have been self-contained, and the pressure is 0.4∽1.2MPa, which can meet the different needs of the users for single-screw pumps.

Main Feature

The single-screw pump is a new type of pump that works according to the principle of oscillating meshing volume. The transmission can be directly driven by a coupling, or transmitted by a low-speed motor V-belt, gearbox, stepless transmission and other devices. The flow rate is 0.8-150 m3/h, and the pressure is 0.4-1.2 MPa.

Application

Environmental protection ‘Industrial sewage, domestic sewage, sludge containing turbid water containing solid particles and short fibers, especially used in oil-water separators

Plate and frame filter press equipment, etc.

Shipbuilding industry: round bottom cleaning, oil water, oil residue, oil sewage and other ring transportation.

2、對于不同的介質(zhì)、不同的轉(zhuǎn)速，性能參數(shù)都將變化，其流量值與濃度、粘度成反比，與轉(zhuǎn)速成正比；
3、用戶必須根據(jù)使用要求、輸送介質(zhì)的狀況、選型原則選擇泵的類型，或者和本公司技術(shù)部門協(xié)商來決定泵的類型。
4、對于水煤漿泵傳動形式為齒輪調(diào)速配套電磁調(diào)速電機或機械無級變速電機，流量隨轉(zhuǎn)速變化無級可調(diào)。
